BOSTON--First Notice Systems, a provider of claims reporting solutions, has released Vendor Referrals 2.0, a pathing engine that offers third-party services to an insured at the time-of-loss report. This release builds on previous company technology to offer expanded vendor functionality and flexibility to clients of ClaimCapture, the company's Web-based claim intake platform, according to First Notice Systems. A key component of the ClaimCapture vendor program is the initial eligibility screening of claims for follow-on actions.
HORSHAM, PA, TORONTO--VoiceGenie Technologies Inc., a provider of VoiceXML gateway solutions, and speechvantage, Inc., a provider of speech solutions, have introduced the GenieVantage Auto Attendant Gateway solution. The turnkey package combines speechvantage's VoiceXML-based Auto Attendent Application with VoiceGenie's VoiceXML platform.
