Sapiens Adds CRM Module to RapidSure Policy Admin System
Sapiens International Corp., a global provider of software solutions and a member of the Formula Group has announced the availability of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module for the vendor's RapidSure policy administration system. The vendor describes the CRM module as being easily integrated into the existing infrastructure and providing a centralized view of customer activities, including the incorporation of data from other systems, such as claims and billing.
The Sapiens CRM module includes a unique "MyInsurance" view to enable insurers and customers to view policy data, collaborate, educate and initiate basic transactions, according to a vendor statement. Sapiens asserts that the level of transparency afforded by the MyInsurance view improves a customer's trust and understanding in the system and assists in choosing the best coverage for each person involved.
The vendor suggests that the module is ideal for insurance companies who wish to improve interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects and convert business relations to bottom-line results. "Employing a CRM approach helps any credible insurance organization to organize and automate sales and marketing activities, technical support and business processes," according to the Sapiens statement. "This level of synchronicity assists brokers and managers in attracting new business and retains existing customers; business managers may also gain valuable insights into how their business is run and secure a better customer-service orientation across the board."
