FT. LAUDERDALE - CyberguArd introduced the Total Stream Protection (TSP) family of firewall/VPN appliances, which enable companies to customize their information security rules and practices to an individual user level as well as throughout an enterprise, the vendor says. Built on a Linux-based secure operating environment, TSP extends CyberGuard's application layer security protection with a new algorithm that is used to assemble packets into session-aware contexts. Administrators can grant security access and privileges based on user identity, user group, application, origination and destination and other criteria.
