UHC Launches Bilingual Mobile Site
Health insurer UnitedHealthcare’s Miami-based Latino Health Solutions division has launched a mobile website with health information in both English and Spanish.
Users can toggle between English and Spanish on every page to access health content, including fitness tips, recipes, and a glossary of health and insurance terms. The site also offers podcasts with health messages in Spanish or English. UHC policyholders can also contact bilingual customer service by clicking on the number from their mobile devices.
