Which Auto Insurer Has The Best Mobile Site?

State Farm has the best mobile website in auto insurance, according to KeyLime Interactive, a company that specializes in online and mobile user experience evaluation.
The company ranked mobile websites and apps from State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive, Nationwide, Travelers, USAA and Liberty Mutual. USAA, which was recently named tops in customer experience by Forrester, came out on top in the app portion of the report.

“The methodology first aimed to understand, using consumers’ self-reported preferences, which features and tasks were must-haves when it came to interacting with the mobile property," Eugene Santiago, KeyLime's lead researcher for the report, says in a statement. These included bill payment ability, policy details and first notice of loss. State Farm's site was judged to have "exhibited these features in a visually appealing, intuitive and highly useable way," according to KeyLime.
