Great American Insurance (Cincinnati) has revamped its Bond Division site, www.greatamericanbonds.com, adding new features such as an application for independent insurance agents wanting to offer Great American bond products, and functionality enabling purchase of selected bond products online. Other enhancements include a glossary of bond terms and links to bond resources.

Farmers FastQuote was launched this week in California by Farmers Insurance Group of Companies (Los Angeles). First piloted in Colorado this past August, FastQuote enables consumers to go online at www.farmers.com and receive a free quote on their auto insurance. Approximately 200,000 customers have used Farmers FastQuote since its inception.
