Empirex Telephony Testing
Empirix, Inc. (Waltham, MA), has released version 2.5 of Hammer CallMaster, its automated testing tool for customer-facing telephony applications in contact centers, including interactive voice response (IVR). Combined with the company's Hammer IT test platform, Hammer CallMaster 2.5 can reduce test development and execution time for new or modified IVR applications by as much as 90 percent, the vendor claims.
