EMPLOYERS Promotes Claims Head to COO

Stephen Festa goes from chief claims officer at the workers' compensation carrier to EVP and COO.

Reno, Nev.-based Employers Holdings has named Stephen Festa EVP and COO of the company's workers' compensation business.

Festa had been been SVP and chief claims officer of the company since 2004.

"His highly respected wealth of experience, leadership capabilities, and executive skills will help propel EMPLOYERS to its next level."
