Everest National Insurance Deploys Guidewire ClaimCenter

The platform's configurability was a major factor in its selection, Everest says.

Liberty Corner, N.J.-based P&C carrier Everest National Insurance has deployed Guidewire's (San Mateo, Calif.) ClaimCenter platform.

ClaimCenter was selected for its robust functionality and its configurability, Everest says in a statement. The company has deployed four additional post-production releases since initially going live with ClaimCenter.

“ClaimCenter is already enabling us to be much more responsive to changes. Our business users are very happy,” Indira Morrow, VP of Everest National, says in a statement.

In addition to enabling the carrier to more easily make system changes in-house, ClaimCenter is helping Everest capture more and better data and provide better operational reports and on-line management tools, the company says.

"ClaimCenter is giving us much improved visibility into our claims data and is providing the enhanced efficiencies we need to best run our business," Barry Smith, EVP and chief administrative officer for Everest Re Group, says in a statement.
