SELECTIVE NAMES SVP

Branchville, NJ-based Selective Insurance has appointed Michael L. Williams senior vice president of the carrier's personal lines insurance operation. Williams comes to Selective from American International Group (AIG, New York) where he was vice president of the American International Underwriters subsidiary.

FIRST AMERICAN CIO

First American Corp. (Santa Ana, CA) subsidiary First American Title Insurance Co. has named Larry Godec chief information officer. Godec had previously served as chief information officer for First American Real Estate Tax Service (Dallas).

SEEC TAPS CNA EXEC

Larry Dombrowski has been named director of insurance solutions by component and Web services solutionsprovider SEEC (Pittsburgh). Dombrowski was CNA Insurance Co.'s (Chicago) vice president of e-business.

NEW SHERWOOD EVP

Larry M. Amundsen has been appointed Sherwood International's (London) executive vice president, sales and marketing, for North America. Amundsen comes to Sherwood from Toronto-based DWL Inc.

William Hunt, former executive vice president of sales and marketing at Insurquote Systems/Channelpoint Inc. (Westminster, CO), has been named Nashua, NH-based AscendantOne's vice president, national accounts.
