Penn National Restructures

As part of a management restructuring, Penn National Insurance (Harrisburg, Pa.) named former VP Robert Brandon as VP of underwriting operations. Also, Sharon Lane, former home office underwriting manager, was named VP, commercial lines; David Simmons, former VP of field operations, was appointed VP, marketing, sales and business development; and George Ludwig, former VP of underwriting operations, was named VP of affiliated services.

Fiserv Moves

In what the vendor terms appointments to strategic leadership roles in the transition of the business to a single company offering multiple solutions, Fiserv Insurance Solutions (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) appointed Mike Key copresident and COO for product delivery and client services functions and Stewart Gerson co-president and COO for business process outsourcing initiatives.

OneBeacon COO

Mike Miller joined OneBeacon Insurance (Boston), a White Mountains (Bermuda) company, as COO. Miller most recently was co-COO at St. Paul Travelers (Hartford).

AdminServer CMO

AdminServer (Chester, Pa.) appointed Jim Rourke chief marketing officer. Rourke, who spent 17 years with CSC and was GM of Perot Systems' insurance division, will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the vendor.
