The Hartford Promotes Gallant

MassMutual (Springfield, Mass.) named John W. Chandler SVP and chief marketing officer, U.S. Insurance Group. Chandler previously was the chief marketing officer for Worcester, Mass.-based The Hanover Insurance Group.
