Financial services enterprise software provider FINEOS Corporation (Dublin, Ireland) has formed a development alliance with Secure EDI (Charlotte, N.C.), a technology vendor specializing in the management of electronic transactions in the healthcare industry.
FINEOS says that the alliance will enable the vendor to offer its customers a broader based of electronic services for integration with FINEOS Claims for Dental, which it describes as a comprehensive solution for dental insurers and payers that manages all steps of the claims process, from intake through payments to reserves management. Web-based technology from Secure EDI will enable end-to-end integration for FINEOS customers, according to the vendor.
In its capacity as alliance partner, Secure EDI will develop Web portals, dashboard reporting and other interfaces in support of dental providers and payers. Secure EDI will also play a strategic role in helping to assure a seamless interface and real-time availability of both transactional and strategic information, according to FINEOS.
"Customers are seeking solutions that can help them better integrate processes and applications so that they can quickly respond to changing market opportunities," says FINEOS CEO Michael Kelly. "Our mission is to give our customers a competitive advantage through value added services and best-of-class solutions, such as those offered by Secure EDI."
