Geman Mutual Selects iPartners BI and Agent Portal Solution

German Mutual Insurance (Napoleon,Ohio) has selected iPartners' Insurance Scorecard business intelligence (BI) and agency dashboard portal SaaS solution to help its agents better manage their books of business, according to an iPartners news release. iPartners reports that implementation of business intelligence (BI) dashboards and portals for German Mutual and its independent agents has begun and is on track for production use early this year.

The iPartners Insurance Scorecard solution, which is designed for smaller P&C insurers, provides a complete set of key measures, dimensions and reports to support analytics and reporting requirements at the line-of-business level, according to the vendor source.

"Our independent agents are looking for carriers that can be true 'partners', and we see providing tools like agency dashboarding as another way of demonstrating our commitment to help our agents easily and effectively manage their books of business with us," comments Scott Piper, COO, German Mutual.
