Great American Extends Contract for CSC's Legal Solutions Suite

The carrier says the CSC suite has become a valuable tool that has helped simplify the billing process, analyze invoices and track performance.

Great American Insurance Company (Cincinnati) has extended its CSC (Falls Church, Va.) Legal Solutions Suite license for five years, according to a vendor Statement. The multiline insurer uses CSC's web-based software to manage its relationships with outside legal counsel, according to the vendor.

“Legal Solutions Suite has become a valuable tool, helping us to simplify the billing process, analyze invoices and track performance,” said Veronika Willard, J.D., divisional senior vice president, Great American. “By streamlining these processes using an expert automated system that is integrated with our claims systems, we can focus our resources on providing quality products and service to our customers and positioning our business for long-term profitable growth.”
