HDI-Gerling UK Picks Exari for Document Management

Both companies have presences in London.

London-based HDI-Gerling Industrial Insurance Company UK will work with Exari — which is based in Boston but has a London office as well — on document generation, the companies announced.

The Exari system will be used to streamline the generation of quotations, certificates and debit notes within HDI-Gerling's Clinical Trials team. The system provides self-service documents and automates document-intensive processes, the company claims.

“After a thorough review, we chose Exari because of their superior technology and their experience in the insurance market," says Richard Taylor, managing director of HDI- Gerling UK, in a statement. "Using Exari will allow us to handle increasing business volumes while improving our turnaround times and document processes.” HDI-Gerling UK underwrites commercial and industrial insurance lines of business.
