Powered by Duck Creek's Example Server, Express improves the efficiency and quality of policy production and submission processes, according to Duck Creek. Example Express has a password-protected workspace where users can quote new business and manage quotes in progress. Agents can automatically underwrite accounts for acceptability and electronically submit qualified applications electronically. Insurance underwriters can manage and review marginal business, approve it or decline it, and post decisions back to their agents, claims Duck Creek.
