I&T Site Helps Execs Manage
Being an insurance tech executive is more challenging than ever. CIOs have to manage shrinking budgets, make sense of an array of technology options, and deal with the competition. To help them out, Insurance & Technology has relaunched its Web site, www.insurancetech. com, to offer more news, analysis, resources, and tools geared toward the needs of insurance technology decision-makers.
The new insurancetech. com is built around the concept of managing technology for the insurance executive. This includes specific components for managing IT infrastructure, vendors, competition, staff, distribution, and life/career. These microsites offer exclusive research, analysis and opinion articles from leading industry experts.
"The foundation of the site is I&T's thought- leading editorial," says director of online operations Paul Way. "Added to this are key content partnerships that further assist technology management." These include:
-- IT Career CenterBuilt in conjunction with Tech-Engine, this is a unique industry-specific marketplace for finding and posting jobs.
-- Buyers' GuideI&T's online Buyers' Guide provides the largest insurance-specific vendor database in the market, complete with product data and contact info.
-- Telcom Solutions CenterA comparative engine for telecommunications products, developed with telezoo.com.
