I&T's Elite 8 2013: Now Accepting Nominations!

Now in their 15th year, I&T's Elite 8 Awards recognize CIOs and other senior executives who have driven energetic, creative and innovative use of information technology to advance their company's success.

Whether you're an insurance professional, consultant, analyst or vendor, you may know an insurance carrier senior technology executive who deserves recognition for making an outstanding contribution to his or her company's business objectives. Every year we honor eight such executives with the Insurance & Technology Elite 8 Awards, and we depend on our readers to help us identify them. We are now accepting nominations electronically at our online form, which you can access by clicking here.

Now in their 15 year, I&T's Elite 8 Awards recognize CIOs and other senior executives, including business executives who have driven the energetic, creative or innovative use of information technology to advance their company's success. We welcome nominations from any quarter, including professionals or senior management who work with outstanding technology leaders, analysts who observe the industry, or vendors and consultants who identify extraordinary accomplishment among their clients.

If you plan to submit a nomination, you'll need to be prepared to include the following:

• Name and title of the nominee;

• Name and location of company;

• An explanation of why the nominee should be considered, in 500 words or less;

• list of major achievements in up to six bullet points;

• Any addenda that shed further light on the nominee’s suitability for the honor, including career, avocation or educational background.

We'd like to stress that vendors are encouraged to submit nominations of suitable clients, because they are among the best positioned in the industry to identify top achievers.
