Irish P&C Carrier FBD Goes Live on FINEOS Claims

FBD Insurance, one of Ireland's top three P&C carriers has gone live on FINEOS Claims. FBD offers a comprehensive set of personal and commercial products, as well as financial products, through its No Nonsense direct Internet channel, by telephone and by a network of independent agents and branch offices.

FINEOS Claims will enable FBD to manage its claims more effectively and efficiently, and also assist in identifying fraudulent activity more easily, according to a FINEOS statement. Those advantages will result in a shorter claims cycle for FBD customers and greater transparency across the entire function, FINEOS claims. FINEOS was selected following an international tender process facilitated by independent analysts that included leading US and European insurance software vendors.
