Jackson Drives Strategy
In 1998, Jackson's consulting background brought him to Triad to replace the carrier's legacy policy admin system with an Oracle (Redwood Shores, Calif.)-based system. The project was completed in two years. Jackson since has presided over further functionality improvements to Triad's systems, with an emphasis on automation to address growth and expanded products and services. "We've worked toward handling greater volumes of business without expanding our workforce; scalability is an important part of that," he says. "We've also focused a great deal of attention on reengineering the system to enhance our risk models and loss-mitigation process."
Recently, Jackson oversaw the carrier's data warehousing and business intelligence efforts. "Triad prides itself on customer service risk management and innovation, so better understanding of our customers' needs, industry trends and risk factors is critical to our continued success," he says.
