Jackson National Life Selects Thunderhead NOW
Jackson National Life, a Lansing, Mich.-based insurer offering life, annuities and institutional products, has chosen the Thunderhead NOW platform to streamline the production and delivery of its policy documentation, correspondence and other personalized content, according to a Thunderhead (Irvine, Calif.) news release. Thunderhead will provide the organization with a modern, flexible infrastructure designed to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience, the Thunderhead release asserts.
Jackson chose Thunderhead NOW in part due to the platform's XML-based design and support for open standards, which will enable rapid integration with the company's core systems, Thunderhead says. In addition, the ability for business users to manage content and rules will drive faster time to market, the vendor claims.
Jackson National will also utilize Thunderhead NOW's multi-channel capabilities to enhance and expand the company's current electronic delivery of customer communications. By reducing its reliance on print output, the company hopes to achieve significant cost savings and reduce its environmental impact, according to the vendor press release.
