KCIC Releases New Version of Claims Management System

The goal of the revamp is to improve user experience.

Washington, D.C.-based KCIC, a consulting firm that specializes in litigation support and insurance-related asset and liability management, has released a new version of its claims administration system.

The system includes, according to the company:

A more intuitive site to further improve user experience
Enhanced, customizable search capabilities
More efficient drop-down menus, fully customized for each client
Document management
Live data reporting
Ability to download reports to Microsoft Excel
