Washington, D.C.-based KCIC, a consulting firm that specializes in litigation support and insurance-related asset and liability management, has released a new version of its claims administration system.
The system includes, according to the company:
- A more intuitive site to further improve user experience
- Enhanced, customizable search capabilities
- More efficient drop-down menus, fully customized for each client
- Document management
- Live data reporting
- Ability to download reports to Microsoft Excel
