Main Street Selects Wausau

Main Street America Group, a Jacksonville, Fla.-based super-regional P&C carrier will implement Wausau's (Wausau, Wis.) ImageRPS remittance solution for its accounts receivable conversion (ARC) and retail lockbox capabilities.

According to a press release, Main Street America will use the lockbox feature to retain images of customer checks, in order to improve customer service response times and handle increased payment volumes. Meanwhile, the carrier will use ARC to lower transaction fees per item processed and reduce float time.
