Midwest Employers Casualty Releases Safety Suite
St. Louis-based Midwest Employers Casualty Company has made available its Safety Cornerstones Express suite of online tools to self-insured groups.
The carrier, which providers workers' compensation excess insurance, developed the suite to help its self-insured group clients so they stay on top of developments in the sector.
"From dozens of webinars to hundreds of safety trainer resources, this suite of services is truly useful," Patrick Harrington, plan administrator at Michigan Retail Hardware Association, says in a statement.
The new suite includes a library of industry-specific OSHA- and safety-related resources, as well as training and online programs for clients and their customers. It expands Midwest Employers Casualty's roster of online tools for this market. The company also offers ResearchLink, an online medical research tool for work-related injuries; and the Best Practice Web Seminar Series, on which self-insured groups can invite and train their entire membership on topics including employee health and wellness to data management.
