Nationwide Selects Optimum for Talent Management

Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company has selected San Francisco-based Optimum Solutions to deploy Oracle's PeopleSoft Enterprise suite of talent management modules.

Optimum will deploy version 9.1 of the suite, which is designed to improve corporate productivity, increase ROI on Nationwide’s PeopleSoft investment and lay the foundation for its enterprise-wide Business Intelligence initiative, according to a statement.
