AscendantOne is a unit of ISO.

Folksamerican Reinsurance Co. (New York), Greater New York Insurance Group (New York) and Insurance Program Administrators, LLC, and Mid-America Associates, Inc (Madison Heights, Mich.), have selected the Insurance-Focused Document Management Solution from ImageRight (Atlanta).

COSS SIGNS A PAIR

COSS Development (Milwaukee) will provide point-of-sale technology to Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co. of Michigan (Lansing, Mich.) and will develop both desktop and Web-based point-of-sale solutions for Jackson National Life Insurance Co. (Lansing, Mich.).

GENELCO WIN

Kingston-based Blue Cross of Jamaica has licensed Genelco Group+ and Genelco GroupWeb, from St. Louis-based Genelco Software Solutions, to administer group health claims.

TIAA-CREF SEEKS FAME

TIAA-CREF (New York) will use FAME Information Services' (New York) referencePoint as its enterprise market data platform for risk applications.

MassMutual Asia Ltd. (Hong Kong) will deploy Asia Financial Network Ltd.'s (AFN, Hong Kong) WealthSuite Mutual Funds, a software suite that enables customer-focused wealth management services and efficient order processing operations.

New York-based MetLife has purchased PeopleSoft Financial Management and PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management products from PeopleSoft (Pleasanton, Calif.).

SUFIC taPs EAUTOCLAIMS

Southern United Fire Insurance Co. (SUFIC, Mobile, Ala.) has selected eAutoclaims (Oldsmar, Fla.) to provide its network of body shops the ability to process Southern United Fire Insurance's automobile physical damage claims. The program will run on eAutoclaims' online eJusterSuite claims application.

HFSG USES MEDBILLPRO

The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (Hartford), selected Amarillo, Texas-based Corporate Systems' MedBillPro as its medical invoice management solution for workers' comp. MedBillPro is a Web-based solution that uses rules-driven automated decisions/workflow and EDI invoice submission to improve accuracy and efficiency.

FBL Financial Group, Inc. (West Des Moines, Iowa), has selected the ADMIN product from Systems Engineering Group, LLC (Glastonbury, Conn.), to process certain fixed, variable, deferred and immediate annuities and commissions for EquiTrust Life Insurance Co., an FBL subsidiary.
