Norwich Union Chooses Exstream

Norwich Union Life, the United Kingdom's largest insurer, has selected Exstream Software's Dialogue enterprise document automation software to streamline document production and improve the quality and effectiveness of its customer communications.

Norwich Union will look to increase customer satisfaction and retention by leveraging Dialogue to "offer a variety of customized, high-quality, professional communication solutions for both print and electronic channels," the carrier's director of customer experience, Gary Price, said in a press release.
