Olympus Insurance to Implement StoneRiver Financial Software

Orlando, Fla.-based homeowners insurance carrier Olympus Insurance has signed a contract with StoneRiver (Columbia, S.C.) to implement the vendor's PRO Financial and Power2Pay solutions.

The PRO Financial application will be hosted in StoneRiver's data center, and Olympus financial personnel will operate the systems via secure Web access, according to a StoneRiver press release. This arrangement reinforces business continuity because it would allow the business office staff to move to a safe geographical location and maintain seamless operation, should disaster strike, the StoneRiver source claims.
