Adaptik Introduces PolicyWriter Task Manager

TaskManager is designed to improve ease of doing business through agent and underwriter collaboration, afford greater visibility into workload allocation and improve efficiency and productivity, according to the vendor.

Adaptik (Bethlehem, Pa.) has introduced TaskManager, the latest component of the vendor's PolicyWriter policy administration suite, available as of June 30. Task Manager will be fully integrated with PolicyWriter's Account Manager, allowing P&C insurers to track and manage work items across the enterprise for better customer service and improved collaboration between agents and underwriters, according to the vendor.

Adaptik says that TaskManager will improve ease of doing business through agent and underwriter collaboration. Among other benefits claimed by the vendor are that TaskManager will: grant greater visibility into workload allocation to prevent bottlenecks and minimize quiet times through Supervisor views and management reports; improve efficiency and productivity with automatic assignment and notification; and provide better customer service through exception-based processing and SLA tracking
