Dallas National Insurance to Implement Maximum Processing's Stingray System

The carrier noted earlier this month it would transition to a new policy admin platform.

Dallas National Insurance (Dallas) has selected The Stingray System from Bradenton, Fla.-based Maximum Processing to handle policy, billing and claims, imaging and reinsurance processing for its personal and commercial lines.

In selecting 4Sight Business Intelligence's (Austin, Texas) P&C suite for its commercial lines earlier this month, Dallas National noted that it is transitioning to a new policy administration platform. Stingray, which interfaces with 4Sight and provides workflow and imaging services, consumer and agent portals and a full point of sale system, appears to be that platform.

"We were extremely impressed with the configurability of the system and most especially, all of the components that come with the base system. The customer and agent portals combined with imaging and workflow modules, will allow us to provide even greater service to our clients and agents," Bob McGowan, COO of Dallas National, says in a statement. "The Stingray System is going to provide us the opportunity to expand into other areas with speed and flexibility."
