Duck Creek Releases v4.0 Policy Administration System
Duck Creek Technologies has announced the availability of version 4.0 the Bolivar, Mo.-based vendor's Duck Creek Policy Administration solution, which supports P&C insurance products, including personal, specialty and commercial. The new release includes and infrastructure upgrade that delivers a broader functionality which enables carriers to continually enhance their policy management processes, according to a Duck Creek source.
Version 4.0 uses an improved data model that makes security administration easier for both users and entities, and improves data accessibility, according to the Duck Creek Source. A more robust and enhanced user interface (UI) has been incorporated-utilizing new customizable dashboards, giving users a friendly, modern look and feel, coupled with improving workflow efficiencies, the vendor claims. The solution's new dashboard and task system improves the ability to process business and increases operational efficiencies, providing carriers a competitive advantage, the vendor adds.
Within this new release, Duck Creek's EXAMPLE Author tool has migrated to a .NET version giving it a new remodeled look and performance, the source says. The tool has been supplemented with the addition of a new feature--an update adoption utility tool, that will help carriers streamline their bureau content adoption processes, according to Duck Creek.
