Gore Mutual Using Duck Creek for Commercial Property
Cambridge, Ontario-based P&C insurer Gore Mutual is in production with Bolivar, Mo.-based Duck Creek Technologies' Policy Administration system to process its commercial property policies.
The company is the first to install Duck Creek's December-released Example Platform v. 4.1, replacing a legacy system.
"We are off to a great start with the new system, which will lead to improved service for our commercial brokers," Kevin McNeil, president and CEO of Gore Mutual, says in a statement.
Duck Creek lists direct-to-consumer shopping options, reusable integration modules and enhanced integration framework as enhancements in the 4.1 platform.
Duck Creek also recently announced contracts with Torus Specialty and Millers Mutual.
