GuideOne Insurance, which provides P&C insurance for niche customers including educational, home care, and senior living organizations, has selected a suite of software from Innovation Group to continue its legacy modernization process.
The insurer, which won an SMA Innovation In Action award for its work with iPartners last year, will implement rating, billing, reinsurance, and other components of Innovation Group's Insurer Policy policy administration system. It also has selected the Insurer Analytics business intelligence, dashboarding, and analytics platform to support a growth strategy.

"Selecting a new core policy system with robust functionality and technology like Insurer Policy was critical. GuideOne will implement Insurer Policy using SQLServer database and integrating with a third-party claim system, the statement says. Business and IT users will be able to configure and manage their business including data, workflow, rules, forms, rates and screens using the Configurator component, it adds.
