HCL Technologies Ltd (Noida, India) announced its strategic alliance with eBaoTech Corp., a Shanghai-based provider of software and services for the life and general insurance industries. The partnership supports HCL's commitment to provide Business Aligned IT, which the company describes as an approach that provides customers with the most optimal platform aligned to their business goals.

HCL will work with eBaoTech to identify the potential fit of eBaoTech products in select geographies. Customers will now have access to a single integrated entity that can help them modernize their core business management systems, offer best-of-breed functional product capabilities, technology and service quality.
