Missouri Professionals Mutual Chooses Ravello

Missouri Professionals Mutual (MPM), a St. Louis-based medical professional liability insurance carrier, has selected Atlanta-based Ravello Solutions' browser-based policy administration system to manage its policy management, claims management and billing processes.

MPM expects to first go live with Ravello Claims in the first quarter of 2009, followed by implementations of Ravello Policy and Ravello Billing. According to a press release, the carrier is looking to position itself for future growth, improve efficiency and automate many workflow tasks to shorten the time it takes to process a claim.
