MTMIC Goes Live on CHSI Connections Policy Admin System

Manufacturing Technology Mutual Insurance Company (MTMIC), a Farmington Hills, Mich.-based workers' compensation insurer, has gone into production with CHSI Technologies' (Las Vegas) Connections Management System for policy administration.

"The CHSI Tech team guided us through the implementation phase, and we are now using Connections for our policy management and underwriting processes," comments Gary Wood, chief operating officer, MTMIC. "We are excited about the reduction in the time involved in quoting, binding and issuing endorsements, certificates and renewals. And because Connections is a web-based solution, our implementation costs were dramatically reduced."
