"I am currently working on a report on core system replacement lessons learned, which is a topic of interest to me, having recently led a multi-year transformation strategy at Navy Mutual that included a rapid-deployment policy admin system implementation," Benton relates. "I have also contributed to research on e-mail archiving and compliance management for a report that is about to be released."

Benton's main research areas are in core system transformation, IT strategy and project management, primarily for life and annuity carriers.
