RSA Canada Selects Duck Creek

RSA Canada, a Toronto-based personal and commercial insurance carrier, has selected Duck Creek Technologies' (Bolivar, Mo.) policy administration system for its commercial Insurance operations, according to a press release.

The insurer expects that the new system will allow it to better manage business processes and automate workflows, leading to improved underwriting discipline and efficiency, according to Steve Knoch, vice president of underwriting operations and CIO at RSA.
