Sapiens Finalizes Merger with FIS and IDIT

The resulting entity will aim to realize "many potential synergies" between the three companies, says CEO Roni Al-Dor.

Sapiens (Rehovot, Israel) has announced the completion of its merger transaction with FIS Software Ltd. (Cardiff, Wales) and IDIT I.D.I. Technologies Ltd (IDIT, Beit Dagan, Israel).

The merger constitutes a major milestone in the execution of our growth strategy, comments Ron Al-Dor, CEO, Sapiens.
