Symetra Selects Wyde for Group Policy Admin

Symetra Life Insurance Company (Bellevue, Wash.) will implement Eagan, Minn.-based Wyde’s Wynsure policy administration system for its expanding group life and disability income insurance business. The new system will support policy quoting, underwriting, policy administration and claims. New business and policy administration segments are expected to be completed this year. “With our plans to expand Symetra’s group life and disability income insurance operation, we need an integrated systems solution to support us as we grow. Wynsure will be a key component of this important growth initiative,” said Michael Fry, executive vice president of Symetra’s Group Division.
