AUSTIN, TX--Infoglide Software released Automated Link Analysis Engine (ALAE), the latest component in its Smartblade suite, in keeping with a strategy for providing solutions for classifying, analyzing and investigating data stored in multiple, disparate, remote databases, according to the vendor. When used as a component in the Bladeworks software solution, ALAE allows for transactional non-obvious relationship analysis over thousands of records per second, Infoglide claims. The performance of ALAE is especially applicable in systems requiring near real-time decision analysis support, such as alias identification, identity verification, and insurance claims processing. The application delivers three levels of analysis: single record against many records, multiple records against many records in different groups, and comparison of records within a group with each other.



EMERYVILLE, CA--WorldGroup Consulting has introduced Web-bill, the first in a series of point solution extensions to its InsureWorx offering. The product is designed to address the complex adjustment and reconciliation functions required for commercial and group markets, where premium bills require manipulation by the customer and calculation or recalculation by the billing system, WorldGroup says. The solution's functionality includes bill presentment; customer bill processing; adjustments; contact, help and customer billing services; remittance processing and correspondence; "smart" delinquent notices; and authorization workflow hierarchies.



LONDON--Rebus iS has developed Genius Web UI (Web user interface) for its Genius property and casualty insurance system, which will enable users to use a Web browser to access all of Genius' functionality over the Internet. The application allows tailoring to a client's look and feel and offers ease-of-use links to other business applications and application development, according to the vendor. Benefits include remote access to Genius from any location via Internet; secured agent and broker support for entry and inquiry; customizable screens to match corporate identity and user requirements; and access to new market channels by allowing trading partners or customers direct access to the system, according to Rebus iS.
