Mayfield Village, Ohio-based Progressive has opened a new online learning portal for its independent agents.
Knowledge on Demand allows agents access to continuing education classes, online training courses and marketing programs. Initially, all agency staff members will be able to take two of the continuing education classes for free, with discounts available if they want to take more. Progressive's partner for the online courses is Morrisville, N.C.-based RegEd, a division of StoneRiver.
"Our new layout puts required courses right at agents’ fingertips, helping them stay on top of state P&C licensing requirements," Progressive agency business leader Karen Barone says in a statement. "We also offer a wide range of learning materials so agents can stay current with all of Progressive’s products and services."
