PWC Nabs Diamond Management & Technology Consultants in $378 Million Deal
New York-based auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has acquired Chicago-based strategic management consulting firm Diamond Management & Technology Consultants for $12.50 per share in cash; a $378 million value.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year, pending shareholder and regulatory approval.
Diamond, which employs more than 500 consultants in Chicago, Hartford, New York, Washington D.C., London and Mumbai offices, will join PwC's advisory practice.
