Rockford Mutual Deploys Interactive Intelligence Content Management and Workflow
Rockford Mutual Insurance's (Rockford, Ill.) claims organization reports increased efficiencies and reduced costs following deployment of AcroSoft content management and workflow products from Interactive Intelligence (Indianapolis), according to a vendor news release.
"The Interactive Intelligence content management and workflow products have helped us increase efficiencies by enabling us to more easily and quickly share information between our systems, while at the same time reducing errors by eliminating the need for rekeying," comments Roger Kaage, vice president of claims, Rockford Mutual Insurance. "These efficiencies have also led to lower operating costs by re-allocating human resources so we're able to process more claims without adding staff. Plus, we use less paper which not only adds to our cost savings, but is better for the environment."
Prior to selecting the Interactive Intelligence products, Rockford Mutual Insurance reviewed several other systems, but found them less compelling based on functionality, simplicity, and ease-of-integration, according to the vendor source.
"Having never used an electronic content management product, we needed a solution that was easy to use and could integrate with our existing databases," Kaage said. "The Interactive Intelligence products met all our requirements and the company proved to be incredibly responsive to our needs."
Rockford Mutual's implementation of the Interactive Intelligence's AcroSoft tools was accomplished through the vendor's "Live in Five" installation and training program, which aims at achieving a faster return on investment.
"Using the 'Live in Five' model ensured our new solution was tailored to our needs so we could get the most out of it," Kaage relates. "As promised, our users were thoroughly trained in just five days and the cut-over was exceptionally smooth."
Rockford Mutual Insurance plans to expand its Interactive Intelligence deployment this year to support its underwriting department, according to the Interactive Intelligence news release.
