Sagicor Life Insurance Co. (Scottsdale, Ariz.) has named Todd Campbell president and chief executive officer. In this role, Campbell will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to Sagicor U.S. operations and will report to Dodridge Miller, chairman of US operations and president and CEO of Sagicor Financial Group (Barbados).
"Todd has been a strong non-executive director of our US operations for the past two years. He is fully aware of our strategy and is in the ideal position to lead us through the next stage of development here in the US" comments Miller. "He has done this before in his previous work life and we look forward to feeling the impact and breadth of his experience as we continue to grow our US operations."
A Sagicor statement describes Campbell as the former CEO of a highly successful Atlanta-based property and casualty company, and partner of law firm Arnall, Golden, Gregory, LLP (Atlanta), where he represented many insurers and national insurance trade associations. Campbell serves on the Board of Directors at his alma mater, the Appalachian State University's Brantley Risk and Insurance Center.
