Sircon Features Bulk Transactions in Producer Management Platform Update
Sircon (Okemos, Mich.) has released the latest version of its Sircon for Carriers platform for producer lifecycle management and compliance, featuring new capabilities that enable bulk appointment, terminating and business data updates for an entire set of producers.
The new version of Sircon for carriers allows appointment requests to be processed for an entire set of producers from a simple spreadsheet upload with minimal effort, according to a press release from Sircon, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertafore (Bothell, Wash.). The vendor asserts that this capability is especially helpful to a carrier when new agencies are brought onboard, as the enhancement will eliminate processing appointments one at a time. As part of this new service, basic producer data such as addresses and licenses can also be created or verified from the Producer Database (PDB), the Sircon source claims. Non-regulatory business data updates including addresses, external system identifications, and other business unit information can also be part of this process.
Additionally, appointment termination requests can also be processed for an entire set of producers with a simple spreadsheet upload, according to the release. This new enhancement will support the appointment renewal process. As part of this bulk termination process, PDB reconciliation will also occur to ensure producer data accuracy and appropriate compliance, according to Sircon.
