According to the company, the solution captures telephone calls from the network and enables storage, playback and archiving of the entire interaction. Version 5.2 of the business process management solution provides users with business visualization, faster Adobe Flex-based Internet applications and improved scalability for large systems, according to the vendor. The solution's decisioning support feature targets the management of multichannel, multistate insurance policies and mortgage loan origination, giving business users better access and more-precise control over business processes, Pegasystems says.

Clear Technology introduced Clear Subrogation, which doubles worker productivity and dramatically reduces cycle times, enabling subrogation specialists to pursue more claims and recover more money, according to the vendor.
