The Co-Operators to Implement HR Software

Guelph, Ontario-based The Co-operators, a multiline insurer, will consolidate HR operations from its eight divisions on Ultimate Software's UltiPro.

“In addition to having one technology provider that manages the entire scope of our people management processes, we especially needed advanced functionality for strategic talent management,” says Christopher Perkins, director of change management at The Co-operators Group, in a statement. “UltiPro delivers the recruitment, performance management, and succession management features to more effectively attract and retain the best possible workforce for our business.”

The Co-operators also plans to analyze employee data in UltiPro to expedite and standardize workforce changes.
