Thunderhead Introduces New Communications Solution
Hertfordshire, U.K. — Thunderhead introduced Insurance Correspondence, a communications solution that combines the vendor's Thunderhead NOW document-generation platform with IBM's (Armonk, N.Y.) enterprise content management and business process management software, DB2 data server, and Lotus Forms software. The joint solution supports ACORD insurance industry XML standards to streamline the creation, delivery and management of customer correspondence.
